Refund and Returns Policy

At ASC Buy It All, we want our customers to receive their products in good working condition. If you receive a defective or faulty product, we are here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Period

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3–7 days of delivery.
• Returns are only accepted for products that are defective, faulty, or not working as described.
• Customers must contact ASC Buy It All within the return period to report the issue.

2. Unboxing Video is Mandatory

A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange claims.

The video should clearly show:

• The sealed package before opening.
• The complete unboxing process.
• The product and its condition immediately after opening.

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

3. Product Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be returned in its original condition.
• Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other included items should be returned where applicable.
• The product must not have been physically damaged, misused, modified, or tampered with by the customer.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind or personal preference.
• Physical damage caused after delivery.
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, water, electricity, or accidents.
• Products that have been opened, modified, repaired, or tampered with by the customer.
• Missing accessories or parts caused after delivery.
• Normal wear and tear.

5. Inspection & Approval

All returned products are subject to inspection and testing by ASC Buy It All.

If the product is confirmed to be defective or faulty, we may offer:

• Replacement/exchange, if the same product is available; or
• Refund, if replacement is not available.

The final resolution will be provided after verification of the reported issue.

6. Refund

If an approved refund is applicable, the refund will be processed through the appropriate payment method after the returned product has been inspected and the claim approved.

7. Return Shipping

If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing or functional defect, ASC Buy It All will guide the customer regarding the return shipping process.

For issues caused by customer misuse, accidental damage, or reasons not covered by this policy, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

Please keep your order number, product, packaging, and unboxing video available when making a claim.

ASC Buy It All reserves the right to inspect and verify all return and refund claims before approving a replacement or refund.
